The Story of King William's College and the Buchan School
This is the story of two remarkable schools and of the new foundation which brought them together in 1991. The book is illustrated with copious photographs integrated with text, including twelve colour pages, which enliven the written word. It is the first full account of a story which began nearly 350 years ago.
Michael Hoy was the College's Head of English and Drama for 33 years and served as a Housemaster of Walters and Director of Studies. He retired in 2003 and was awarded an MBE for services to Education and to the Arts on the Isle of Man. He is a Trustee of Bishop Barrow's Charity.
